Following his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, Mr. Cassidy was employed for twelve years by Allstate Insurance Company as a Casualty Claims Representative and eventually a Claims Manager.
While at Allstate, Mr. Cassidy attended law school in the evenings at Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and the National Honor Society.
He graduated Cum Laude in 1997.
After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Cassidy began his legal career working for a large insurance defense firm based in Philadelphia.
