The Hampden District Attorney's Office is proud to serve the people of Hampden County by faithfully pursuing criminal justice and ensuring public safety with ethics, integrity, and fairness as our guiding values. The Office of District Attorney is responsible for the prosecution of all cases in Hampden County. Cases are heard in District Court, Superior Court and Juvenile Court.

The State Police Detective Unit (SPDU) assigned to the District Attorney's Office assists in investigating cases in Hampden County. Investigators seek public's help in Jafet Robles homicide case on the anniversary of his passing. District Attorney Gulluni has established the following Units in Superior Court to provide a more focused approach to prosecutions.
Assistant District Attorneys assigned to these units specialize in prosecuting these serious and complex cases.
The Special Victims Unit is a team of specially trained prosecutors, victim witness advocates and forensic interviewers dedicated to the investigation and prosecution of child abuse and adult sexual assault cases.
The Unit works in conjunction with the Baystate Family Advocacy Center employing the multi-disciplinary team approach to the investigation and prosecution of child sexual abuse, serious physical abuse and child exploitation.
The District Attorney's Office has dedicated resources in his office for the review of homicides that remain unsolved in Hampden County.
In an effort to bring renewed attention to these cases and to keep the investigations moving forward, information is being provided to the general public through this web page.

This annual meeting brings together members of the law enforcement, education, and political communities with the Youth Advisory Board, made up of high school students from across Hampden County.

The Hampden County Addiction Task-force (HCAT) is a collaboration of community resources, law enforcement (local and state), health care institutions, service providers, schools and community coalitions individuals and families whose goal is to focus on a county wide approach to address drug addiction, overdose and prevention.
To develop a real-time overdose surveillance and analytic (ROSA) system that can provide weekly reports and/or formatted data to approved stakeholders in a secure platform.
