When he left, he had became more passionate with Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law and spent time working for (at that time) Shay & Perbix in Springfield, IL.
After a long time of reflection working for someone else, he decided to part ways and open his own law practice in Taylorville and Springfield and then later in Litchfield, IL.
