Apostolou Law Firm was founded in 2005 by Alex Apostolou and prides itself on protecting its clients' rights in the criminal and civil courts.
A smaller firm with just two attorneys, we guarantee you the personal touch on every case.
Alex and Drew have 25 years combined legal experience and have collectively tried over 50 cases in all levels of civil of criminal trial courts of South Carolina, in both State and Federal Court.
If you've been injured, accused of a crime, or otherwise wronged, you need attorneys who are accessible and willing to fight and protect your rights both in and out of court.
Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice of law.
Prior to being a lawyer, Alex successfully owned and operated the Lite Affair Cafe in Downtown Charleston for 9 years.
His years in the restaurant business taught him the value of personal service, attention to detail, and customer service.
Alex received his Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University in Raleigh, NC.
In law school, Mr. Apostolou was ranked the Top Speaker in his class and was a recipient of both the Cook Scholarship and the North Carolina Bar Scholarship.
Drew was born and raised in the Charleston area.
He graduated from Wando High School in 2005, Clemson University in 2009, and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2012.
Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Edgar W. Dickson in Orangeburg, SC.
He then spent over 5 years at the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office in Charleston where he prosecuted over 1200 cases, including DUIs, property and drug offenses, burglaries, robberies, and murders.
In his time at the Solicitor's Office, he tried approximately 30 jury trials.
Christine has worked exclusively for the past three years in in personal injury and criminal law litigation, since joining the firm in 2016.
Christine uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to help our clients by providing detailed support to the attorneys and her clients.
She is involved from beginning to end.
Christine assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters.
Ashley provides support to the attorneys and clients through scheduling, drafting of documents, maintaining files, and helping to prepare for mediations, hearings, and trials.
She works hands-on with clients through every step of their case from the scheduling of their initial consultation through the conclusion of the case.
She helps clients navigate this emotional and often times overwhelming process with compassion and understanding while keeping them updated and informed.
