Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and raised in Clinton, Oklahoma and Cordell, Oklahoma.
Upon graduating from Cordell High School, Mr. Lidia obtained his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and his Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Lidia was a staff attorney for the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
Mr. Lidia's practice is focused on serving his clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business organizations and transactions and real estate transactions.
