A graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law, Patrick Baird began his law career as a prosecuting attorney in Cass County, Missouri.
While working for the office, he tried several cases in front of a jury and the court.
He later joined the Missouri Attorney General's Office, where he worked to defend the State of Missouri and the Kansas City Police Department in various lawsuits.
Mr. Baird successfully tried multiple cases to juries, including obtaining two top-20 defense jury verdicts in the State of Missouri as recorded by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2013.

Cathryn "Kate" McNary, a Southwest Missouri native, joined Neale & Newman upon graduation in 2019.
Kate discovered her passion for the legal profession through her love of community involvement, agriculture, and her desire to help others with common struggles such as farm succession planning, farming rights, and property issues.
Ms. McNary graduated with a Bachelor of Science in political science from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri, in 2016, and obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2019.
Kate discovered her passion for the legal profession through her love of community involvement, agriculture, and her desire to help others with common struggles such as farm succession planning, farming rights, and property issues.
