Phil has experience litigating cases arising out of contamination caused by Trichloroethylene (TCE) and Perfluoronated Chemicals (PFCs).
He served on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for the BP Multidistrict Litigation and as class counsel for all plaintiffs in the economic and property class settlement.
Jennifer Netherton attended Tulane University Law School and received her Juris Doctor in 2013.
She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Law.
During her time at Tulane, she was chosen to participate in the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic representing Louisiana clients in environmental citizen suits.
Jennifer has also studied International Development and Sustainability Law at Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Natalie graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2017; her third year of law school she was a student practitioner for Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice, specializing in providing legal services to low-wage workers.
She received her Certificate in International Law after completing legal studies programs in Austria, Greece, and Italy.
Prior to receiving her legal degree, she worked in economic development in and around St. Louis County, Missouri.
