A legal lineage dating to 1868 with a legacy of providing high quality legal services in the Seward area. We specialize in the intricacies of completing transfer of the hard-earned fruits of life's labors to the next generation. Probate is the judicial process by which inherited property rights are recognized and created in lawful heirs of a deceased person.
An experienced guiding hand is invaluable in this process. That's where we come in. If you have suffered an injury due to another's negligence, we are here to help. We are experienced in dealing with insurance companies involving all types of injury claims. If we are unable to obtain a reasonable settlement from the responsible insurance company, we will fight for you in Court to make certain you receive the compensation you deserve.
Most personal in jury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, which means you don't pay unless we recover for you. Creative, cost-saving, and effective estate planning is hard to find. We pride ourselves on providing this, and more, to our estate planning clients.
