Since 2003, the Association for Honest Attorneys (A.H.A!) has been a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to discouraging civil litigation, increasing public awareness of the illegal and unethical practices of many attorneys, and seeking "justice for all."
C.E.O. and Founder, Joan Farr [fka Joan Heffington], began the organization with three other directors in Kansas, one of whom was a lawyer of 27 years who gave up his law license to join us. Our goal was to improve the legal system in America and gain respect for the legal profession by striving to keep attorneys honest. We did this by publishing a book called TEN SECRETS You Must Know Before Hiring a Lawyer, referring people to lawyers we felt they could trust, and by creating a list of "Lawyers to Avoid & Consider."

The other two were a county building inspector for 16 years and a former Boeing supervisor (names are withheld for privacy reasons).
One was asked to resign early on, another was threatened with his job after four years and forced to resign, and the former lawyer was run out of town and became a truck driver.
He stayed on for 11 years however, until his wife feared the IRS was coming after them and he had to resign.

The other side had so much money and power that they influenced our previous attorney to convince us we had no case, influenced other attorneys not to represent us, and influenced the news media not to do a story so we couldn't get an attorney.

We feel like Trump gave our efforts a great boost by exposing the election fraud in 2020, and we hope this leads to overhauling the legal system and maybe even implementing our "justice amendment."
But since we are battle-weary, we'll let the higher-ups take it from here.

Such practices include, but are not limited to: dragging legal matters out needlessly, causing intentional emotional distress, failing to reveal truths, conspiring with opposing counsel, harassment, overcharging, failing to return phone calls, ineffective assistance of counsel, and others.
They must then become a member of the Association for Honest Attorneys, sign the A.H.A! Attorney Membership Agreement and abide by the A.H.A! Constitution and By-laws.
