Based out of Claremont, the firm continues to serve the needs of the community in accordance with the high standards of excellence set by the firm's reputation.
The firm's managing partners are Thomas P. Connair and Jessica J. Hodgman.
Attorney Connair is the former Chairman of the Claremont School Board, the former Claremont School District Moderator, and he has served for many years as General Counsel to the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce.
The "Claremont Lawsuit" as it has come to be known, has resulted in the delineation of the Constitutional rights of a child in the State of New Hampshire to an adequate education.
Our law firm has been instrumental in the development and inception of this lawsuit, as well as its prosecution.
We are committed to this endeavor and the children of the New Hampshire and shall continue to stand proud.
To find out more about the Claremont Lawsuit, contact Thomas P. Connair, Esq.
A public forum on the current status of education funding in New Hampshire and its continued heavy reliance on property taxes will be led next week by the former lead attorney in the Claremont lawsuit.
