Prior to founding Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP, Bill helped establish the Delaware office of Greenberg Traurig LLP and was a partner in Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP's Delaware office.
Mark Desgrosseilliers is a restructuring attorney who regularly represents distressed or insolvent companies and acquirers of assets primarily in the bankruptcy court in Wilmington, Delaware.
Mark also assists secured and unsecured creditors seeking financial recoveries in often trying situations in state and federal courts, primarily in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
Before joining Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP, Mark was a partner in the Creditors' Rights practice group at Womble Bond Dickinson (US), LLP, and practiced at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP.
Aidan represents businesses in corporate and complex commercial litigation and provides corporate counseling to businesses wishing to avoid litigation.
A native of Philadelphia, Aidan attended Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
While in law school, Aidan clerked for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
