Don is a well-recognized trial attorney/mediator/arbitrator who has tried in excess of 200 jury trials, involving catastrophic injuries, death, construction defects, libel, slander, product liability, medical and legal malpractice and professional liability claims.
He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Law and has represented individual clients as well as many Fortune 500 companies in litigation throughout the southern United States.
In 2018, Don received the Seventh Amendment Warrior Award from the American Board of Trial Advocates, Houston Chapter, in recognition of his outstanding achievements as a life-long trial lawyer.
Michael is a trial and appellate lawyer.
He focuses his practice on complex legal matters, involving professional malpractice (all disciplines), directors and officers, HOA law, school law, sovereign immunity, and coverage disputes.
Michael graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1993.
While there, Michael served as President of the Board of Advocates (1992-93), elected to the National Order of Barristers, and earned membership into the Order of the Lytae Honor Society.

Michael served as an adjunct professor/advocacy assistant for South Texas College of Law's advocacy program until 2005; his teams won five national titles.
Steven is a trial lawyer whose practice represents an even blend of personal injury, insurance and commercial disputes.
He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Law.
Steven earned this recognition after successfully defending and prosecuting numerous personal injury lawsuits, involving commercial auto and premises liability claims.
Steven's insurance law practice includes the representation of admitted and non-admitted carriers in first-party disputes that often arise following catastrophic weather events in the Gulf Coast region.
Spencer is a trial lawyer whose personal injury practice focuses on wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims.
He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Law.
Spencer earned this recognition after years of aggressively defending products liability, commercial auto, and medical malpractice lawsuits in both federal and state courts throughout Texas.
In addition to his personal injury docket, Spencer maintains an active commercial practice, representing and serving as general counsel for his business clients from pre-suit disputes through trial if needed.
