The primary relief under this chapter for people is the elimination of the most common unsecured debts (like credit cards and medical bills, and certain tax liabilities). We are committed to developing a relationship with each of our clients and understanding their business to provide them legal services from start-up to day-to-day business activities.

Individuals have engaged our firm for assistance with Estates and Trusts. We are here to help draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and power of attorneys, and help probate or administer a loved one's estate. Our firm was founded in 2008 with the intention to provide quality legal services to the oil and gas owner. Over a decade later, we are proud to still be representing landowners through the Marcellus and Utica Shale.

Clients rely on our attorneys to assist with their Real Estate issues. Real Estate can be a complicated asset to own and our Attorneys are here to help meet your goals of real estate ownership. It is our passion to help people with their legal problems, and to listen to their concerns with attention and compassion.
