Randy Bolling founded the firm in 1975 after working for two years in the General Counsel's office of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC.
A graduate of the University of Miami and the T. C. Williams School of Law, Randy is recognized for his expertise in business negotiations, contracts, real estate, and creditor rights and has counseled clients in many multi-million dollar business transactions.
Phillip Hearl began working as a paralegal after his first year as a Finance Major at Virginia Tech and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1989.
