W. Matthew Garmon is a native of Cumberland County, Kentucky, and a graduate of Cumberland County High School.
He attended Western Kentucky University and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in history.
Following his attendance at Western Kentucky University, Matt participated in the Canadian Parliamentary Internship Program.
Matt then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law.
After law school, Matt served as a law clerk for Judge Eddie C. Lovelace, Circuit Judge of the 40th Judicial Circuit of Kentucky, covering Clinton, Cumberland, and Monroe Counties, from 2008 until 2010.
He attended Western Kentucky University and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in history.

Rhett provides legal services in several areas of law, with particular emphasis on personal injury, general civil litigation, and criminal defense.
He focuses on protecting the rights of individuals in civil and criminal matters alike, and ensuring that his clients receive the service they deserve.
