Kelly Law
Thank you for visiting. Having to contact a lawyer is an unsettling experience for most people. Few know exactly what they want, or what to expect, from the civil or criminal court, or real estate, or probate, systems. I am skilled at listening to problems, finding out what objectives matter most to clients, and giving practical advice about what to expect in pursuing them.

If your problem involves family law, real estate, a small estate, a traffic ticket or misdemeanor criminal charge, please examine my areas of practice. I have worked in the area for over 30 years, and would welcome your call if you feel I could help you.

I have also provided service to small municipalities, whose administrators range from the professionals who simply want to delegate a task to ensure it is done properly, to those who are virtually volunteers in service to their communities and benefit from having unfamiliar concepts explained to them.
Services
Mark graduated from the Arizona State University College of Law after earning bachelor's and master's degrees from DePaul University in Chicago.
After 19 years as a legal aid attorney in West Central Illinois, primarily Galesburg, he established his own office in near-by Alpha.
Mark concentrates his practice in family law, real estate law, small business law, and simple estates, and emphasizes providing personal, courteous, service.
This can often help your lawyer help you.
Beware, however, that every legal problem is different, so never rely on advice from a source that has not listened to your particular set of facts.
Mark can help your family through a variety of legal problems with experience, compassion, and common sense.
Family law does not always have to be a high-drama situation, even if litigation is sometimes necessary.
More and more families run small businesses today, whether as a landlord, a retail shop proprietor, a service provider, or wherever they see a need.
Mark can show you several simple ways to help protect your families' assets from business losses, and make your business run more smoothly.
Mark Kelly welcomes your communication concerning possible representation.
However, please understand that contacting Mark Kelly by email does not create an attorney-client relationship.
You and he are not agreeing he will be your attorney for any matter.
Therefore, the information you send will not be considered confidential, and Mark Kelly will not be precluded from representing another client whose interests are directly adverse to yours, even in a matter where the information you send could be used against you.
