My grandfather had moved to Fort Myers in the 1890's and was totally immersed in the community - both as a business leader and a civic leader.

Originally from Minnesota, Joy received her legal secretary certificate from Anoka-Hennepin Technical College in 1997.

Joy and her husband, Jeff, moved their family to Cody nearly a decade ago.
She is proud to now call Wyoming her home.
