After graduating college at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma, Karl worked in Dallas, Texas for a developer who built large, multi-family housing projects within the inner city.
After working in Texas, Karl made the decision to attend law school and moved to Kansas City, Missouri to attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Karl has been practicing law within the Branson/Tri-Lakes area since 2007.
