We represent clients in all types of business disputes.
Our cases include breach of contract cases, disputes involving asset purchase agreements, unfair competition, trade secrets, non-compete and non-solicitation cases, intentional interference with business and contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty cases, and disputes among shareholders, partners and members of limited liability companies.
We know how to evaluate and resolve cases with a view toward your goals, and overall interests and success.
Representing whistleblowers who report government fraud is a significant part of our practice.
The decision to speaking up and report fraud takes courage.
We know the False Claims Act, and what it takes to successfully represent qui tam plaintiffs/relators who are willing to step up and report government fraud and abuse.
Paul now brings this distinct experience-having tried a case on behalf of a defendant under the False Claims Act-to his exclusive representation of whistleblower plaintiffs.
Our False Claims Acts cases have involved representing whistleblower plaintiffs who have reported government fraud in the health care industry that gave rise to claims for violations of the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs, Stark Law violations, and Anti-Kickback Statute ("AKS") violations.
Our construction practice includes representing developers, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.
Our cases span the full range of construction disputes from complex delay and disruption claims to disputed change orders and mechanic's liens.
We know how to evaluate and resolve construction disputes with a view toward your goals, and overall interests and success.
Our construction practice is not plaintiff or defendant specific.
We represent construction professionals who are entitled to payment for their work; and we represent construction professionals to defend them when they are not responsible for payment and/or have been alleged to have performed substandard or defective work.
We really appreciate Paul's knowledge and straight forward approach to the mountain of legal verbiage we needed to maneuver through to find a workable solution to our lease termination.
Having worked with other lawyers in the past, we found Mr. Enockson to be the best one ever.
His knowledge regarding our dispute, his thorough research skills to back up our claim, his excellent and constant communication with us, and total effort put forth to help us resolve the issues could not have been more complete.
