Upon graduating from Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) in Lincroft, New Jersey, he attended Villanova University where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, in 1998.
While at Villanova, Dan was a varsity Big East athlete, member of a national honor society, active in student government, and the president of his fraternity.
Daniel J. McCarey attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and earned his J.D. in 2001.
