Brian Martin
In 2005, while firms were moving out of Greer to Greenville and Spartanburg, Brian opened his law practice right in the middle of Greer's historic downtown business district with the focus of being Greer's full-service law firm. Brian built his practice based around being accessible and attentive to his clients and providing sound legal counseling to the businesses and people of Greater Greer.

Brian's philosophy of sound advice, reasonable fees and open client contact has served him very well. Over the years, Brian's practice has grown to include three attorneys handling real estate transactions, real estate litigation, business law, probate law and civil litigation across the Upstate and throughout South Carolina and in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia.

Estate Planning and Probate Administration are complex processes influenced by many circumstances and details.
We have the understanding and experience you need to ensure that every detail is covered.
Regardless of a person's net worth or income, an estate plan is a necessary element to any individual's portfolio.
Without an estate plan, the state will simply split up your assets and property following your passing and your assets and property will be tied up in probate and inaccessible to your loved ones.
At Brian A. Martin, LLC, our attorneys are part of a lengthy history of litigators and success in the courtroom.
We take seriously the traditional dual roles of attorneys as attorneys and counselors at-law.
Sometimes our clients need an advocate and other times they need a counselor and sometimes both.
We welcome any opportunity to review your concerns and identify whether you have any actionable claims.
We provide a broad and inclusive range of representation in civil, real estate and business litigation.
