As founder of The Welton Law Firm, LLC., Mark Welton began practicing law in 1993 after graduating from Regent University's School of Law.
He started with the purpose of never advertising but taking the position that the Lord would send the clients He wanted Mark to represent.
In fact, one client let the office know that she had called to set up an appointment because she had seen a "billboard" and called the number.

In 1988, Mark Welton graduated Bob Jones University with his Bachelors in Business Administration.
He continued on to Regent University where he gained his Juris Doctorate of Law.
He married Molly Smartt in 1993, and they had three children in the following years.
He practiced law for a year, gaining experience, before deciding to start his own firm.
He's been practicing in Crestview for 25+ years.
His competency in the legal realm is represented by his success throughout those 25 years as well as the testimony of his clients.
He continued on to Regent University where he gained his Juris Doctorate of Law.

In the case of an unmarried biological father, he has acknowledged in writing, signed in the presence of a competent witness, that he is the father of the minor, has filed such acknowledgment with the Office of Vital Statistics of the Department of Health within the required time frames, and has complied with the requirements of s. 63.062 (2).
