Ray Estolano is a Spanish speaking trial attorney with 20 years of experience. He has been a prosecutor and now represents clients in immigration, family law and criminal defense cases. Ray has worked for two District Attorney's Offices. For the San Diego District Attorney's Office, he handled complex interstate child support litigation. For the Imperial County District Attorney's Office, he was a deputy district attorney who prosecuted some of the most serious felony offenses in the county.

Ray also is proud to share his knowledge as an adjunct professor at Southwestern Community College in Chula Vista. Ray's courtroom style has always been amiable, but aggressive. One defense attorney nicknamed him the "Smiling Assassin" because of his unflappable demeanor as a prosecutor. To Ray, courtroom presentation is always about persuading your audience that your client is right.

Where other attorneys might scream or yell, Ray focuses on persuading the judge or jury at their level. Ray Estolano went into private practice in 2005 and has since represented clients in family law, criminal defense and immigration cases.
