Veitengruber Law
At Veitengruber Law, we know that there is a wide range of factors that can lead to overwhelming debt. And we know that there is no single answer to conquer that debt that applies to everybody. From divorce to medical bills and other unforseen events, there are countless reasons hardworking people fall behind on their bills. Mounting collection notices and harassing calls from creditors only make matters worse.

Our firm is here to help you find the best possible solution to move past debt and into a future of stability and hope. Your situation is unique, and so should be the strategy designed to address it. For example, your strategic debt relief plan may require any combination of bankruptcy, skilled debt negotiation, loan modification, estate planning, credit repair and foreclosure defense strategies.

Similarly, our real estate practice includes helping buyers or sellers protect their investments in traditional real estate transactions, guiding stressed homeowners through short sales, or dealing with mortgage companies in deed in lieu of foreclosure matters.
