The founder of the firm, Ronald Mason, was formerly an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board.

These unions simply do not understand the law and thus resort to name calling.
We are not Union Busters. We advise companies on the law and their rights under the law. If that advice results in the defeat of a union through an election, the decertification of a union, or the withdrawal of recognition of a union, so be it.
