Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate.
Your rate will be determined at your initial consultation, which is $200 for new clients.
At that time, if you choose to engage us, a representation letter will be prepared and signed and the consultation fee will be applied to future fees.
Our lawyer and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case, and you will receive a itemized bill, either monthly or at the end of the matter.
We only work for as long as a case requires, so you'll never be overbilled for unproductive time.
