Nicholas Gachassin, Jr. is the founder and Senior Partner of the Gachassin Law Firm.
Mr. Gachassin was admitted to the bar in 1970 and has over forty years of experience in providing defense services to health care providers in medical and dental malpractice and professional liability cases and heads the firm's Litigation Practice Group.
His experience also includes representing hospitals in medical staff matters, EMTALA compliance, medical ethics, informed consent, professional liability matters and risk management, and defense of medical malpractice and general liability claims.
