Jeffrey P. Blum has served as a family law attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 42 years. He is a trained mediator, arbitrator, litigator, private judge, and active member of the community. He has served on the Palo Alto Human Relation's Commission for 6 years, serving as chair of the commission for 1 year. He also served on the YMCA Board of Directors.
He previously volunteered with the Palo Alto Mediation Program and is a hearing officer for the city of Mountain View.
