If you or a family member has been charged with a crime in Passaic County, N.J., you have a lot on the line. You shouldn't trust your future to just any defense attorney. At the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, our powerful criminal defense team is made up of former prosecutors and public defenders from across the state. Most people feel panicked at the thought of being arrested or charged with a crime. That's understandable. However, just because you've been arrested doesn't mean there is a strong case against you. In fact, there will be many opportunities to pick apart the prosecution's case as we move forward with your defense. With over 100 years of combined experience, our savvy Passaic criminal defense lawyers have successfully helped clients facing a wide variety of charges.

Let us help you, too. When you are deciding on a criminal defense attorney to handle your case, there is one important question you need to be asking: Does this lawyer have the skills and the resources to argue my case all the way to verdict, if that's what is necessary?
