I am federally qualified as a CJA Panel Trial Criminal Defense Attorney and have represented many defendants in Federal Court and many defendants charged with many criminal offenses in State Court. I have been a member of the Florida Bar, practicing criminal law in Lee County for over 14 years. I practiced law in New York and California representing defendants in over 750 criminal cases.
I am also admitted to practicing law in the state of Iowa. I have handled many criminal defense felony and misdemeanor cases both at the Federal and State levels and many child dependency cases involving the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
