25 Years of Experience Representing Individuals in Difficult Situations in the State of Texas. Finding an experienced, compassionate attorney that will vigorously represent you while guiding you through this process is important. You've just been arrested. It doesn't matter if it is a felony or a misdemeanor. You are now facing the biggest opponent of your life - the State of Texas.

After dealing with the shock, disbelief, anxiety, fear, and possibly shame, you now need someone to stand with you to face this challenge. Finding an experienced, compassionate attorney near you that will vigorously represent you during this challenge is important. Unfortunately, when charged with a crime, not only do you face the possibility of jail and fines, but you also face other consequences - the suspension of a driver's license, the loss of certain governmental benefits, or the loss of certain rights.

You need a criminal defense lawyer that can assess both the strengths and weaknesses in the case, and discuss the other potential impacts that you face so you can make an intelligent decision.

Finding an experienced, compassionate attorney that will vigorously represent you while guiding you through this process is important.
My criminal defense practice focuses on representing adults charged with felonies and misdemeanors involving drugs, driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence, assault, domestic violence, marijuana, theft, and probation violations.
Additionally, I have substantial experience representing individuals that suffer from mental health conditions that impact their case and seek to ensure that my clients take full advantage of any formal, or informal, programs that can help their case such as Veteran's Treatment Court, DWI\Drug Treatment Court, Pre-Trial Intervention Program (for misdemeanors), and the applicable Mental Health Docket.
Starting a new business requires making a lot of decisions, and dealing with a lot of stress.
Before opening-up your new endeavor, you need to take some time to figure out some basics.
These basics include: what type of business structure is best for me;, do I need contracts with my customers, vendors, employees; do I need policies and procedures for my employees, or do I have independent contractors?
It is because of these types of questions that you are best served in talking with an experienced attorney at the front end, so you can develop the necessary foundational documents from which your business can grow.
