William "Goose" Changose co-founded the firm in 2015.
His primary practice areas are real estate law, business law, probate of estates, aviation law, and litigation in these areas.
Prior to opening Natural State Law full-time in 2018, Goose was the President of Westrock Coffee Roasting, and the Chief Operating Officer of four Little Rock companies.
He also served as a board member of Bear State Bank and Bear State Financial, Inc.
Before his time as a civilian, he served for 23 years as an officer and pilot in the US Air Force, culminating his career as the Commander of Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Prior to opening Natural State Law full-time in 2018, Jarred served a wide array of organizations from large not-for-profit insurance companies, to small privately held companies where he worked directly with some of the largest employers and most respected health systems in the country to create innovative business solutions to complex problems.
Jarred also served as the Senior Policy Advisor to the Arkansas Department of Health and Senior Healthcare Advisor to Governor Hutchinson.
Jarred's diverse, real-world experience in both business and government provides him with a unique set of skills to work on the most challenging of issues for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Bill represented debtors at two of the largest volume consumer bankruptcy firms in Arkansas, where he became experienced in all aspects of consumer bankruptcy.
Bill has also represented small business and farm debtors in liquidations and reorganizations.
Bill is the current Secretary-Treasurer of the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas.
Bill's experience and knowledge enable him to creatively and effectively help his clients achieve their goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael represented the State of Arkansas as an Assistant Attorney General in the criminal appeals division, where he expanded his knowledge of what it takes to win a criminal case.
He also served as parent counsel in dependency neglect cases through the Department of Human Services.
Michael has experience handling a wide array of cases and continues to grow his practice.
Michael also frequently teaches at the Central Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy, where he helps new law enforcement officers understand their responsibilities.
