Domozick Law Firm
Our goal is to be a one stop shop for all the legal needs of your business. Whether that means forming a new corporation, reviewing contracts, or collecting past due balances from your customers-The Domozick Law Firm is here to serve you and your company. When you contact us, you will be provided a free consultation with one of our experienced attorneys.

We are happy to work around your schedule-we can meet at our office or yours, during the normal business day or after hours. During the consultation, we will discuss the needs of your business and the particulars of your situation and address any questions or concerns you might have. We will give you our thoughts, advice, and opinions. Then we will discuss your options for going forward and how we might be able to assist you.

At the end of the consultation we will quote you a fee and discuss the appropriate payment arrangements. We will put our proposal in writing and let you take as much time as you need to make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Our attorneys bring a wide range of experience and perspective to the firm.
Because we are a small firm, our entire team works together on every file.
We find that our team based approach brings more energy, ideas, and ultimately better results for our clients.
Furthermore, having multiple sets of eyes on a file ensures that nothing goes unnoticed.

There are many traps and pitfalls a business owner must avoid in order to be successful, whether they are starting a new business, running an existing company, or going out of business.
Unfortunately, many business owners try to save some money by handling their legal work themselves.
They often pay the price in the long run.
Having an attorney on your side is essential.
At The Domozick Law Firm, we work with businesses every day to handle their legal needs.
Our clients range from million dollar companies to home-based businesses and everything in between.
In the event of a tragedy, you need to protect yourself, your family, and your assets.
A proper estate plan serves as an important part of that protection.
Your estate plan should include a medical directive and power of attorney, so you can appoint someone to make your medical, personal, and financial decisions if you are unable to do so yourself.
It should also include a will or trust to pass on your assets after you are gone.
Your estate plan may include other asset protection strategies as well.
Affidavit - A written statement sworn to be true.
The individual providing the affidavit must sign the document and swear under oath before a notary public or make a declaration under penalty of perjury.
American Bar Association (ABA) - The ABA is the predominant professional association for attorneys practicing in the United States.
The ABA actively influences legal policy, lobbies for the legal profession, and evaluates legal professionals.
Arbitration - Arbitration is a method for disposing of legal disputes without a formal court trial.
