As a practitioner with 24 years of experience, I understand that each client has a unique set of legal and personal concerns to be considered and addressed in creating an effective estate plan. I enjoy the process of crafting customized legal documents designed to take into account each client's particular family, social and financial situations.

The law firm of H. Kay Cross, PLC is now located in the 106 South Street Building, where I focus my practice on the drafting of wills and various types of revocable and irrevocable trusts; assistance with estate and trust administration; gift and estate tax planning and counseling; premarital agreements; small business planning and counseling; and elder law.

I have extensive experience in the areas of the law mentioned above, and continually seek to enhance that experience with frequent attendance at legal education seminars, regular study activities with a group of distinguished colleagues, and the continuing expansion of my legal practice.

Kay Cross, the principal of H. Kay Cross, PLC, enjoys the practice of law, primarily because she enjoys her client relationships and is proud to have many clients who return to her time after time as they require on-going assistance with estate planning and related needs.
