I have been practicing law in the state of New Jersey since 2008 and handling every aspect of my cases directly from inception to completion. In addition to being awarded her Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School, Ms. Sedarat holds an LL.M degree in Environmental Law (cum laude) from Pace Law School, which is ranked number one in the nation for its Environmental Law program.She additionally holds a Master of Arts degree in Policy, Ethics and Technology, graduating top of her class, and is also formally trained in mediation and dispute resolution.

Ms. Sedarat is the Zoning Board attorney for the Borough of Oakland, representing the Borough's Board of Adjustment in land use matters and in litigation germane thereto. Further, she serves as a Panelist for the Bergen County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel program, a NJ Rule 5:5-5 court-mandated program designed to assist matrimonial litigants resolve their economic issues and reach a settlement in their cases.
