Baumgartner Attorneys PC is a general practice law firm, but concentrates in the areas of business transactions, estate planning, estate settlements, and real estate law. Our decision to focus more closely in these areas was based on our desire to excel in a few areas rather than to dabble in many. These areas of the law are very closely interrelated, and we believe knowledge in any one of these areas promotes a higher skill level in the other areas.

Howard practiced law until 1995.
James E. Beitler, Jr. joined the firm in 1974 and practiced until 2013.
David N. Baumgartner joined the firm in 1985, and Nicholas J. Baumgartner did likewise in 2017.
The office was moved to its present location on Main Street in November of 2013.
