Mr. Lesher began his law career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bowie County, Texas from 1973-1975.
In 1975, Mr. Lesher went into private practice and has since been associated with numerous other local attorneys over the years.
Mr. Lesher has been involved in numerous medical malpractice cases and personal injury cases that have been produced millions in settlements/verdicts.
He also maintains a successful criminal practice which has resulted in 10 NOT GUILTY verdicts for clients.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Lesher was the co-founder of a medical device manufacturing business that developed and sold an autoinjector device that continues to be the state of the art for autoinjectors in the medical field.
