Robert has been a partner in the firm since 2004 and has more than 20 years of practice.
He loves the rural life and lives in the County Seat of Pembina County with his two children.
He enjoys hunting with his boys and scuba diving.
He is a second-generation attorney, having followed in his father's footsteps.
He practices in North Dakota and Minnesota and represents people accused of crimes ranging from murder to simple traffic offenses.

She is passionate about serving clients in the areas of bankruptcy, business and corporate law, civil litigation, contract law, criminal defense, estate planning, eviction/landlord-tenant, family law, probate, and real estate.
Driven by her strong work ethic, Terin welcomes new challenges and strives to obtain just and equitable resolutions to client needs.
Originally from Northwest Montana, Terin moved to North Dakota in August of 2018 to complete her legal education.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Philosophy from Montana State University-Bozeman in May of 2007, her Master of Business Administration - International Business in May of 2008 from Salem International University out of West Virginia, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May of 2019.
Dustin was born and raised in Park River, ND, and currently resides there with his wife Kelsey and their two children: Drake and Leia.
Dustin has been working in the legal field since beginning his undergraduate degree including internships with the Barnes County and Walsh County State Attorneys, working the Abused Persons Outreach Center in Valley City, and started with the office of Fleming, DuBois & Fleming in his 2nd year of law school.
Dustin started practicing in 2019 and is looking forward to providing for your legal needs.
