WestSide Lawyers provide free of charge legal assistance services to eligible members of Adelaide's Western suburbs and South Australia's Mid North and Outback. WestSide Lawyers strive to assist eligible disadvantaged members of the community with priority legal needs in the areas of family law / family violence, civil law matters and certain criminal law matters.
WestSide Lawyers may offer an Extended Representation Service, with associated fees, to eligible clients, where services required are outside of the scope ordinarily provided by a Community Legal Centre. WestSide Lawyers acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians of the lands across Australia, particularly the Kaurna people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our Hindmarsh office is situated, and the Nukunu people, the traditional owners of the land where our Port Pirie office is situated.
We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and to the continuation of the cultural, spiritual and educational practices of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
