1. Secured the dismissal of all claims (14 in total) brought by 2 plaintiffs against our client in the Bristol County Superior Court.
The claims alleged by the plaintiffs in that case included claims of constitutional rights violations, violations of various State and Federal statutes, nuisance, defamation, breach of contract and other counts.
Thereafter, the Firm was able to secure an award of attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending against that action pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 231, Section 6F.
