Services
Whitney Mundy Law is a boutique firm specializing in real estate.
Attorney Emily W. Mundy learned the trade the old-fashioned way by watching her father, Bruce Whitney, sketching parcels by hand and review physical records at the York County Registry of Deeds in Alfred, Maine.
Emily handles everything from preparation of easements and warranty deeds to complicated quiet title work and residential and commercial bank closings.
It is her goal to live up to Bruce Whitney decades-old reputation of meticulous title work while incorporating the latest technology.
Prior to returning to Maine, Emily served as an Assistant Public Advocate for the State of Alaska and co-founder and Council Director for Girls on the Run Serving Southcentral Alaska.
She is thrilled to be back in her home town and is happiest when running, hiking, and exploring the Seacoast with her husband, James, and their two small firecrackers, Beatrice and Charlie.
