Tom was born and raised in Clayton, Alabama.
He attended Auburn University and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology.
After graduating from Auburn University, Tom attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000.
While in law school at Jones, Tom worked as a law clerk/staff assistant at the Beasley-Allen law firm.
In 2001, Tom founded The Kelly Law Firm, P.C., a respected general practice law firm that is committed to public service.
He attended Auburn University and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology.
After graduating from Auburn University, Tom attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000.
