Personal injury matters are approached on a contingency fee basis with no deposit required. All other legal matters are billed on an hourly basis. The initial one-hour consultation will be billed separately without the requirement of a retainer deposit. For your convenience, we accept credit card payments, and payment plans are available for clients who qualify.

The law firm was founded in the late 1940's by Larry Mattson.
In 1954, he formed a partnership with Donald Olson.
Attorney Mattson retired to Florida in 1959 while Attorney Olson passed on in 1976.
Stephen D. Willett purchased the practice from Mr. Olson's estate.
The firm has steadily expanded in its areas of practice, expertise, and personnel.

Attorney Stephen D. Willett has been a general practice attorney for over 40 years appearing regularly in state, federal, trial, and appellate courts and before all state administrative agencies.
He has also been admitted to and filed briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court.
