Our office began its estate planning practice as an offshoot of asset preservation and succession planning for our developer clients.
We believe in the importance of careful planning for the continuation and preservation of our clients' business interests and estates and therefore offer estate planning services as an integral part of our overall practice.
We employ a variety of estate planning techniques including the establishment of living trusts, gifting plans, family limited partnerships, capital gains preservation trusts, and charitable remainder trusts, and where necessary the creation of trusts and conservatorships for the care of dependents with special needs.

Actually filing suit when all else fails is sometimes necessary.
To do it in a big way against formidable opposition takes courage.
