Robert B. Gregory began his practice of law in Lewiston, Maine with the law firm Brann & Isaacson in 1980. He moved to Damariscotta in 1984 and joined Arthur E. Nissen in an "of counsel" capacity. Arthur E. Nissen retired from the practice of law in 1990 and Robert Gregory has managed the practice since that time.
The office has provided continuous legal services to the Damariscotta region for over 50 years, concentrating in the areas of real property law, wills, trust and estates, and general corporate and business law.Robert Gregory is admitted to practice before the Maine Supreme Court, the Maine District Court and the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
He obtained his BA from Colby College Summa Cum Laude 1976 and JD from the University of Maine in 1980. The office serves clients across the state of Maine and also houses the Damariscotta Title Company offering a full range of land title services for clients of Mid-Coast Maine.
