The predecessors to McFall, Layman and Jordan have maintained a presence in the Slate Belt since at least 1932.
The firm originally started as Woodley and Davis in downtown Bangor and eventually moved to its current location at 134 Broadway, Bangor in 1968.
Upon the death of Attorney Woodley the Firm added a new partner and became Davis and Pritchard.
Larry Davis and Jim Pritchard eventually added William C. Cassebaum to the firm which subsequently became know as "Davis, Pritchard and Cassebaum".
