Prior to this I attended Mohawk Valley Community College (Go Hawks!), Utica College, Siena College and The State University at Albany where I earned my bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
My first case as a practicing lawyer was a plea deal on a speeding ticket getting it reduced to a parking ticket.
I continued working in a couple of law firms finally realizing my niche was practicing in the area of Vehicle & Traffic Law.

The Attorney's fee starts at $325.00 and increases depending on the violation, the driver's record, if the ticket involved an auto accident, the number of points on the driver's license, the type of driver's license, if the matter involved multiple tickets, if the matter goes to trial, and if the ticket involved any other complications.

Albany City Court - Court hours: Pretrial conferences are usually scheduled for weekday mornings at 9 a.m. or in the afternoon at 1:00 p.m. Court information: The City of Albany, Corporation Counsel's Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers, Albany City Police Officers, State University Police Officers (University at Albany) or by an Albany County Sheriff.
