Holly grew up in Covington, Indiana. She graduated with honors from Covington High School and received her undergraduate degrees in political science and construction technology at IUPUI Indianapolis. She graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2014, where she received Dean's List Honors. Upon graduating from law school, Holly moved back to Covington, where she has practiced law in Fountain County and all of the surrounding counties since 2014.
