I am happy to sit down with you to discuss your goals and help you develop an individualized and comprehensive estate plan tailored to meet your needs. At the Law Office Of Charles W. Malloy P.A., we are dedicated to providing you and your loved ones with the highest quality, client-focused service regarding complicated legal processes. We are thorough in our approach and prepared to handle most estate planning, probate, and real estate legal needs, including any complexities that may arise along the way.
Our focus is Family First. We sit down with each client to review family circumstances, individual wishes and long-term goals in order to gain a complete understanding of what each unique situation requires. We were fortunate to have Mr. Malloy represent us in a legal action where he prevailed; he voided and removed a $30K lien on a property which now clears the title for future planning.
Following on this success, we graciously requested he represent us in another real estate matter as well.
