McKenzie is an associate attorney at Kuhn, Heap & Monson.
She concentrates her practice in areas of Estate Planning, Business Organizations, Contracts, and Real Estate.
McKenzie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Denison University with a degree in History and Studio Art.
She earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from University of Iowa College of Law.
During her time at Iowa Law, she was the Senior Administrative Editor of the Iowa Law Review Volume 104.
She is also an active member of the Naperville Jaycees, serving on its Board of Directors.

There are advantages to each.
Depending upon your circumstances, a more comprehensive review would be best.
However, at the risk of simplification, we recommend that a corporation is less expensive and best for single owners of active businesses and a limited liability company ("LLC") is best where there will be multiple owners of the business or when the entity is to own real estate.
Currently, the Secretary of State of Illinois charges a higher filing fee as well as the annual and related fees for an LLC vs. a corporation.
